How are your products formulated?

At MBDH, we formulate evidence-based Ayurvedic medicines that specifically address the needs of Indians who care about their health and are backed by appropriate science. ​ To do that, we leverage a team of scientists to conduct a deep review of studies and literature along with other relevant sources of information about herbal ingredients and people’s health needs. ​ We use all of this information to formulate pure and powerful combinations of Ayurvedic ingredients.

Are your ingredients natural and free from harmful chemicals?

Our daily Ayurvedic medicines are made with non-GMO ingredients. Yes, and all products are formulated using all-natural ingredients (plant based) like Bacopa monnieri (Brahmi), Terminalia bellerica roxb (Baheda) ,Mondia whitei, Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha), and Phyllanthus Emblica (Amla) more and are tested for heavy metals in compliance with international safety standards.

Is MBDH formulated for all ages?

Our Ayurvedic medicines are formulated for people for all ages. ​ We recommend that you always consult with your doctor or healthcare provider before taking any new supplements, particularly if you have a medical condition, are on any medication or are taking any other dietary supplements, are planning a medical procedure, or are pregnant or nursing.

Should I take your Ayurvedic medicines every day?

Our universe of products is formulated to work together on a consistent and daily basis. ​As with all Ayurvedic medicine we recommend you work with your wellness professional to find the combination that work for your specific needs!

When is the best time to take my Ayurvedic medicines?

Everybody's situation and needs are different, so add Ayurvedic medicines to your routine in a way that works best for you. You can take them together or throughout the day, but try to take them consistently for best results. Are your Ayurvedic medicines safe to take during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive?

We also know that a doctor or healthcare professional’s advice is very important during this life stage, so please always consult with your healthcare provider before taking any new products.

What if I take the supplement once in a while and not every day?

Our medicines work when they’re taken regularly, and they’re less effective if they’re only taken once in a while. We recommend a regular course of medicine for three months to see the best results. But it can be extended until complete resolution of symptoms.

What should I do if I miss a dose?

That isn’t a problem, just remember to take the next one and go from there.

Does the product comply with standard quality measures?

Do you test your products?

Where do you source your ingredients from?

We source our pure, effective ingredients domestically and internationally to find the best ingredients from around the world. ​ We use pure ingredients to create powerful formulations– without harmful fillers or colorants, and without artificial preservatives. We use a blend of natural and synthetic ingredients, based on what's best for each product solution, or what ingredient source is easiest for the body to use, or to achieve a specific dosage.

Are your products manufactured in INDIA?

How long before I notice my Ayurvedic medicines are working?

What payments do you accept?

Why are you not accepting my credit card?

There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its limit, either on our end or your bank's end, may have encountered a machine error.

How will you know where and how to send my physical product?

Should I put spaces or dashes in the credit/debit card number?

Your card number should be entered in as a continuous line of numbers.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes COD is available on major pin codes. Just choose the COD option at the time of billing.

How can I cancel my order online?

We're a customer-centric company that stands by our customers. That is why we make it so you can cancel an order anytime up to the time it's been dispatched by calling our customer service. Once the order has been dispatched from our end, it cannot be cancelled. At MBDH Wellness, we take fraudulent transactions seriously. We've created a customer-friendly, fraud- free shopping environment. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders with/without providing any notification to the Customer. When can I cancel an order?

Given that we are dealing with Ayurvedic products our company follows a no return or exchange policy. We will only allow exchanges if the product we have delivered is damaged. How will I get my Refund?

There's no need to wait weeks on end. You can get a refund within just a few days of your cancellation or return. Your refund will be credited back to the same account that you first purchased from, within 7-10 days. Please understand that certain banks might take longer If you are sending back a damaged product, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved for a refund, then your return can be processed and the funds will be refunded to your original form of payment./p>

Why my refund is missing or delayed?
