What is soy wax?
Soy wax is a vegetable wax derived from the oil of soybeans. After harvesting, the beans are cleaned, cracked, and rolled into flakes. The oil is then extracted from these flakes and hydrogenated, turning the oil into a solid form, which is the soy wax.

Why is there a wet or uneven look on the top of my soy candle after burning?
Soy wax has a memory and can sometimes appear wet or have an uneven surface after burning. This is completely normal and won’t affect the candle’s performance.
Can I reuse the container after the candle has completely burned?
Absolutely! Once the candle is done, you can clean out the container and reuse it. Soy wax is relatively easy to clean with warm, soapy water.
How long should I burn my soy wax candle for the best performance?
For the first burn, it's recommended to let the candle burn for 2-4 hours, or until the melted wax reaches the edge of the container. This ensures an even burn for future uses. After the initial burn, it's up to personal preference, but it's generally a good idea not to exceed 4 hours at a time.
Are there any specific care tips for soy wax candles?
To ensure the best performance of your soy wax candle, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each use. This promotes an even burn, steady flame, and limits sooting or mushrooming of the wick.
