Cancellation on Website by Customer
The order can be canceled anytime up to the time the order has not been dispatched by calling our customer service. Once the order has been dispatched from our end, it cannot be canceled. Any fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be grounds for banning the customer's account without prior notice. Also, if we encounter abuse of our policies, we may at our discretion cancel any orders placed by that customer without providing any notification. We will maintain a database of customers who have engaged in fraudulent activity and refrain them from placing orders in the future.
Given that we are dealing with Ayurvedic products our company follows a no return or exchange policy. We will only allow exchanges if the product we have delivered is damaged. For damaged product related redressals please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +91 9329913030 within 72 hours of the product being delivered. Each of these orders will be dealt with on an individual and case-by-case basis. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer and ensure to provide receipt number for speedy damaged product redressal.
Damaged item, wrong product, or missing units in my order
If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at email@example.com or call us on +91 9329913033 within 72 hours days of receipt of the product. Each of these orders will be dealt with on an individual and case-by-case basis. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer and ensure to provide receipt number for speedy damaged product redressal. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product in such cases.
If the order has been canceled, a refund will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 days. Please note that certain banks take longer than this period for the amount to reﬂect in your account.
If you are sending back a damaged product or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in the form of either a full refund, MBDH Cash (store credit), or a different item in exchange, as per your request within 7- 10 days. Please note that replacements are subject to the availability of the particular product.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, ﬁrst check your bank account again. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
