1. How does it work?
Each of our products is shipped with a proper-fitting packaging material, then packed in the original manufacturer's box, which is further surrounded by high-quality bubble wraps. The packaging is trained to resist shock and impact due to any external factors like heavy winds or rains during transit. We use the services of reputed courier companies to ensure that your orders reach you in time and without any damages. Our delivery partners have their transit network which enables delivery to all parts of India including remote cities and towns.
2. How does the delivery process work?
We care deeply about the condition of every product that we send out. Once ordered, your order goes through a rigorous inspection process to make sure your product is in tip-top condition. After passing our first round of quality control and inspection, we carefully package and deliver your products to you via an industry-leading logistic partner.
Our Delivery Partners are dedicated to ensuring that the product is delivered to the correct address on time. However, the time taken for delivery may depend upon location, availability of the product, and other local factors. In case you do not receive the delivery within the estimated period, please inform us as soon as possible by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we may immediately initiate a search on our end for tracking your order.
The logistic partner will deliver the product with an invoice only to the address at which the potential customer, who purchased the product through our Website, has given authorized consent for the delivery of the product. If you order more than one product (including if any gifts bundled with the product that you have ordered), you may or may not receive all products ordered at the same time.
3. How are your products packaged?
Every order you place with us is packaged to meet the highest standards of shipping security. We use high-quality packing material to ensure the safe arrival of your products at your doorstep. You can track your product’s shipment status after it has left our warehouse through the transit tracking code provided by us. All the information you need will be sent via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
4. What is the range of locations to which MBDH Wellness ships its products?
MBDH Wellness delivers to almost all parts of India through our logistics partners. We would be pleased to deliver products to your home. To check if we ship products to your pin-code, please enter your correct pin-code in the address-checker box on any of our product pages listed on our Website or enter your shipping details on the checkout page.
5. How about tracking your order?
Almost all our orders are processed within the same day from our end and your order is shipped from our warehouse which caters to Indian customers from all across the country. Once the packages are dispatched from our warehouse, you receive the shipping confirmation email on the registered mail ID provided by you at the time of placing the order. Also, you will be able to track the shipping status of your order using the tracking number and the courier company provided by us in the confirmation email.
Alternatively, as a registered user, you can track the status of your package by logging into your account on our Website by using the username and password created at the time of your registration. Once you click the “Your Orders” link, our “Order Status” page will be displayed that allows you to view current order status, reorder any missing items, update your account information (change your address), and track packages shipped (including information on tracking events and delivery status).
6. How long will it take for my order to reach me?
When you select a Shipping Method, a specific amount of time will be mentioned that the product will take to reach you. This turnaround time can vary from 7-10 working days depending upon products and shipping addresses. As we always want to maintain good customer service on our Website, you can rest assured that as soon as your payment is made which might take up to 24 hours from the time of order, the dispatch process will begin. The moment your order leaves our warehouse for delivery, a Track & Trace number would be sent to your registered email address and a unique tracking link will also appear on this page.
However, please note that deliveries may take up longer time in case of large orders placed at once or delays due to our logistic partner. MBDH Wellness is not liable for any delay or failure in the delivery of goods caused by a Force Majeure Event. A Force Majeure Event includes any event beyond our control, including acts of God, flood, extraordinary weather conditions, fire, war, revolution, civil commotion, interference by authorities, acts of terrorism, and strikes.
7. What time of the day will my order be delivered?
We understand you want to get your order delivered at the earliest and we make sure that it is delivered in time. We request you to provide us with your valid and active phone number. When the order is shipped out, our logistic partner will inform you about it by calling you on the provided phone number. This will help us to deliver you the order at the earliest. We take our commitment to deliver your product at the earliest very seriously and we always hold on to our words.
8. What are the shipping charges applicable to my order?
Shipping costs are dependent on the products ordered, indicated in your invoice. The shipping cost is calculated based on weight, volume, and other considerations of the entire order. Shipping costs will be calculated in the Order Summary section when you place an order. You can choose to view this complete information when you check out at the website.
We will only charge the exact shipping toll as declared to you at the time of checkout.
9. Do you ship to international locations?
Currently, the products listed on our website are only delivered within India. However, if you’re someone based outside India please contact us at email@example.com or call us at +91 9329913033. We will be happy to deliver you depending on the location/country and the international regulations we always abide by.
10. Delivery Information
If you are away or hard to reach during the delivery period or you are concerned that no one will accept the delivery of your purchase please inform our local delivery agent assigned to avoid any unsuccessful delivery attempts. If the delivery attempt occurs on a holiday at your address, our logistic partner will hold the package for you until the next business day.
11. How do I pay using a credit/debit card?
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, and all major credit cards.
To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank’s page for entering the online 3D Secure password.
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro debit cards.
To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank’s secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.
12. Is Cash on delivery available?
If you are not comfortable making an online payment on mbdhwellness.com, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery payment mode. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online. The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment is Rs 10,000. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. An additional Rs 50 COD charges are applicable if your order total is less than Rs 500.
13. Why is COD not available to me?
The cash on Delivery (COD) option is not offered by our Courier partners at few serviceable locations. Also, the COD option is not available on some of our products. Hence, based on your location and your choice of products, the COD option may not be available to you. However, you can always opt for payment through UPI, Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.
14. Notification of changes in the Shipping and Delivery Policy
We may make changes to this Policy from time to time, as we add new services or as laws change.
